[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — Delay in transfer of saving bank account | |||||
I pankaj kumar would like to draw your kind attention on the rude behaviour and irresponsibility of staff of state bank of india, sargasan, gandhinagar branch ifsc code 014973. 1. On 3rd may’ 2017 had submitted the request letter for transfer of mine (Account no. [protected]) and my spouse’s saving bank account (Account no. [protected]) from, sbi, link road, maharajpur, sahibabad industrial area site 4, sahibabad, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh 201010, branch code: 3066) to (State bank of india sarthak, the mall, 1st floor, kh road, sargasan chokdi, sg highway, sargasan, gandhinagar, branch code 014973) and 2. Sbi, 7, local shopping centre dilshad garden, new delhi, branch code: 9370) to (State bank of india sarthak, the mall, 1st floor, kh road, sargasan chokdi, sg highway, sargasan, gandhinagar, branch code 014973) respectively. 3. In spite of multiple personal enquiry at branch, it’s come to our knowledge and it was very surprising and shocking that: A. Till 12th june’ 2017 my both request letter for transfer of account is lying in the drover of branch manager. B. Concern lady at enquiry simply told “this is not our job for getting transfer your account from anywhere to concern branch” you go yourself or get in touch personally with the branch for getting transfer of your account. C. Concern lady at enquiry told that all the information you are getting for transfer your account are no relevance… D. All the staffs are very rude and not ready to listen any concern, when i asked her name she simply told go to branch manager and register my complaint. Sir/ madam, i got transfer from ghaziabad to gandhinagar and shifted my family, now as advised by staff of sargasan branch, to visit to home branch to transfer the account is not feasible or possible, because now we are in digital era and advise given by sbi staff are like a lay man.
