Respected Sir, Namaskar. Hope fine. I am sorry to inform that my brother Mr. Kalish Chandra Pradhan, S/o-Late Ananda Pradhan, At/Po—Sikharpur, Via-Sarankul, Dist-Nayagarh had opened an account under PMJJBY for the safe of his life which is declared by Govt. of India, in State Bank of India, Sarankul branch of Nayagarh district which link with the account no-[protected] and was opened on 07.06.15 but unfortunately he was expired due to heart attack. As legal hire I had submitted all relevant documents near branch manager SBI, Sarankul for claim the insured amount. Since 6 months have passed neither I have not got any claim amount which is declared by Govt. not any response from branch manager of concerned branch. As I have spent a much amount for the treatment of my brother and myself also a poor person it is very difficult to maintain my family. So kindly take this matter a serious one and necessary step for it, so that I will remain grateful near you.
