[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — deny to register the complaint | |||
I had done transaction of Rs.25, 000 on 1st July by phonepe App. Unfortunately transaction was failed. I called phonepe customer care so many times for refund but they people are not cooperating with customers.. they are giving such an irrelevent reasons to not solving the problem. When i call phonepe CC they say contact your bank. But when i contact the bank they say contact your 3rd party application CC. You will only get the refund from where you had done the transaction, "bank is not here to entertain the 3rd party application users". Then I went to the branch. There i met to 'service manager' (i don't know what his name is) and explained entire problem. At the end service manager only said that """was i told you to download and use the phonepe. I am not here to entertain you go and register the complaint to phonepe and now leave i have lot of work to do.""" That service manager was really too rude. not only service manager but also the other staff. They never listen to customer. They really don't have the manners how to behave with customers. Once my mom was there to withdraw the money by cheque but that lady insulted my mom saying that this is your husband's cheque so i can't give you the money. That cheque was signed by my dad even though she refused. I request you to please help me out... No one listen to me. How can I get the refund. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
