[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — dth recharge failed but money deducted but not returned | |
On 26/12/2017 a dish tv recharge from mobile sbi app for vc no. [protected] was done of rs 1506/ money was deducted from account but recharge failed. Dish tv did not receive the money.. Transaction id was 17360ap646312. Money is not refunded till now. I had complained at customer service ticket no [protected]. They said it cannot be resolved due to unavoidable reasons. Dec 30, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I approached my branch and gave them all information they agreed to look into it and money is returned back now. State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
