State Bank Of India [SBI] — Duplicate payment | |||
Im regular customer of SBI from 2000. I regularly do transactions through online Last month 30.5.2016 while trasacting Rs 5034 to TANGEDCO it failed So I did it second time which was success, But from my account rs 5034 + rs 5034 was debited. I enquired the EB but amount was credited only once So the amount lies with the bank.I approached the branch office with a letter. But till now my amount is not returned back I need to release the locked amount to my account Was this information helpful? | |||
