State bank of India Branch - SBI parola The behaviour of employees is not good with customers .they behave very rude and bad with customers and they are not listning the problem of customers. I just want to activate internet banking. For that I want internet kit from bank authorities which would hardly take 5 min and later they can actiactivate the same. But they are not listening my problems rather used to tell, "come tomorrow, I have lots of stuff" This is just one case. People in this area are facing lots of problems as bank authorities are not supportive. Rather they find private banks as better option than national bank. Please take serious action.
