State Bank Of India [SBI] — fastag - complaining about not being notified about filing kyc, suspension of account without intimation, allowing recharge if kyc was not complete | |||
Hi this is pandiarajan and i have a fastag with mobile no. [protected]. I was allowed to recharge for rs.3000 and when i hit the road, the toll said my tag is blacklisted. When called customer service, they said i have not updated my kyc and so, the account is blacklisted. I have update the kyc a year back and i am not sure why i have to update it again. I was never notified to update kyc ever. It is unfair to suspend an account without intimation but still allowing to recharge! This is stealing money. Customer service could not do anything but ask to talk to agent! I thought customer service provide all the service regarding kyc! How come they outsource it to agents but no centralized place to resolve issues regarding this. I am stuck in a toll for last 1 hour unable to move forward because fastag and sbi does not have the infrastructure to resolve issues! Was this information helpful? | |||
