State Bank Of India [SBI] — Fastag upgradation(full kyc) | |
Sir, I had taken fastag from SBI for my car No.UP16AZ9214 and submitted full FULLKYC documents but they issued fastag (Limited KYC). On 11.09.2021 I had sent full kyc documents by courier to CSC e-Governance services India, Okhla, New DELHI as well as by email to [protected]@csc.gov.in and helpdesk.[protected]@sbi.co.in for upgradation (FULL KYC)of fastag. Inspite of repeated requests by me, my fastag has not been upgraded by SBI due to their system error or wrong feeding by their staff. Please look into the matter and instruct SBI accordingly to enable me to use the fastag after 24.12.2021 (deadline advised by sbi through SMS). Regards DINESH Was this information helpful? | |
