State Bank Of India [SBI] — Faulty service by bank official | |||
Sir, I have a saving ban account in sbi kum branch nimbahera since 15 years or more. My account no. Is [protected]. Last year my pass book was full and there was no space of new entry hence i applied for a new pass book. On 28 december 2015 bank demanded me photograph of account holder and i provide him yhe same which they demand and from branch new pass book issued to me and on same day old enteries was also made by concerning person. I kept the pass book as bank issued me and after that i usually operate my account and through cheques bank debit my account. Sir, but unfortunately to say that today i went to the branh to deposit 30, 000/ cash in my account at 1 pm approximately. There was que when my number come and i gave money and my original voter id along with passbook. Cashier lady checked the cash and she raised a question that your passbook is not signed by menager and photo is not attested. Just go to next counter. When i went to there he said me in harsh voice kya hua bad me aana i just request him that after a long time my turn come and what formalities you need please do so i can deposit cash. He take my id card and match withaccount holder name and told me you are a fake person.in your account, holder name is matlub shekh while in your id it is matlub ahmed. I request him it is the same document which i submitt at the time of opening account. He told me go to mamager, when i reached there mamager mr. Dashora told me just bring your another id which bear your name as matlub shekh. I told him that shekh is my sirname and ahmed is middle name kindly check in your record and sign the passbook. He told me mai kya tere baap ka nokar hu jo tera hukum manuga. I told him its your mistake that at the time of issuing new passbook, it is ur duty to fulfil requirement and sign and verification. Its not our fault. It is your authority negligence and why should i suffer. He threat me get out here otherwise i will call guard, who will throw outside. I feel humiliation. Isuffer from bank negligency and after complaint i got threat. Please see the matter and take action against dashora and others.
