Sir, i would like to draw your kind attention towards the problem which i faced just now, i booked air tkt the airlines air vistara from chandigarh to guwahati and travel date 25 dec 2019. My account has been deducted rs.11206.50 but ticket has not been booked and my left over rewards points near about 342 points also used. You are requested to do the needful for me at the earliest. Updated by pankajsansar I spoke to SBI reward representatives also regarding my issues but not yet resolved. Neither my air tkt booked nor my money credited back to my account. Kindly do the needful sir at the earliest bcz I have to book another flight for 25th Dec 19. Regards jai Hind
