State Bank Of India [SBI] — force sell insurance product on new account open

We have start a new saving account with sbi then they say they made a accidental insurance for customer (Premium 1000/-rs) deduct my account
They say its necessary for new.
Where our accidental insurance already made by govt by 12/- rs

We approach to bank open the bank account not purchases insurance policy.

I beware of this accident so pl order to bank pl don't deduct any amount for insurance.
