With regret it is to inform you that your esteemed bank is not providing me the tax deducted at source...I went to your bank last month and asked for form 16, I told them to take my pan number and provide me the requisite papers..Instead doing this they showed me a heap of enclosed papers and to search by name or pan.after an hour all was in vain.then I came back and my husband checked form 26 as and it shows no entry against your prestigious bank name.. Dear Sir, I am an ex service men drawing pension from SBI branch Puttaparthy through Savings Bank account number [protected]. In December 2016 I have submitted the life certificate and pan card details to the branch officials. On 12 th July 2017 when I asked for form 16 I was told due to non availability of pan details my form 16 hasn't been received by the branch. However they uploaded my PAN particulars on 12/07/2017, since then I am waiting for my form 16 I did not get so far. That's why I am putting it in writing for justice please.
