State Bank Of India [SBI] — fraud transaction - sbi credit card | |||
Please find below fraud transactions made on my sbi credit card by merchants mentioned against each transaction. I got mail (Screen shot enclosed) from [protected]@sbicard.com on 23.10.2017 at 8.12 pm. They informed me that rs.20, 000.00 was spent on your sbi card no. Ending xx1931 at https kitecash in on 23 oct 17. Remaining credit limit: rs.43, 197.43. Almost at the same time within a span of 2-3 minutes following transactions were made on my card without my knowledge and without confirming the otp received on my mobile. 1. Merchant name is https kitecash in amount to rs 20, 000.00 dated 23.10.2017 at 08.12 pm. Someone else was sign in on my registered mail id by disabling first and use otp sent to mail id with sbi credit card department. I called to customer service and made a complaint regarding the fraudulent transactions made on my credit card and i informed that i shall not pay a single rupee as the onus lies on the sbi card for for the fraudulent transactions. It is pertinent to mention here that i have not conveyed the card details or the otp to the caller. It seems some insider has a hand in the fraud. Accordingly i have registered complaint about same and sbi customer care team sbi card ending with 1931 blocked due to suspected activity. At present i have blocked my card and intimated to customer care. Please do the need full and take necessary action for reversal of the above transactions i want full refund of rs 20, 000/- in my credit card statement to be generated.
