State Bank Of India [SBI] — fraudulent transaction from sbi account

Respected Sir, I am holding my account in SBI bank for last 9 years.I would like to bring in your notice that on 30 january 2018 at 08:52 p.m. suddenly an amount of Rs.680 deducted from my account in terms of 21 transactions of amount of Rs.30 towards GOOGLE *Octro without my execution. The most important issue is that all transactions made from ky account without getting any OTP. The transaction came to light when I saw my phone's message inbox.Immediately i blocked my ATM Card by calling customer care.It is the biggest mistake of bank that this type of fraudalent activities are taking place that transactions are making without sending any OTP to customer's mobile number.
So I request you to take up this matter urgently and take serious actions against this type of fraudalent activities and refund my deducted amount as early as possible.
