State Bank Of India [SBI] — fraudulent transaction without information from state bank of india, belghoria branch, kolkata | |||
Respected sir, This is to bring to your notice that i, debajyoti paul chowdhury, residing in 5 aa pai road, belghoria, kolkata - 56 would like to lodge a complain against fraudulent or unauthorized transaction from my sbi account, belghoria branch. My sbi account is a savings account for more than one year and linked up with my registered mobile no. [protected]. On 08.04.2018 at around 3:54pm i received a sudden sms of insufficient fund (Picture of insufficient fund sms is attached with this mail for your reference) which indicates that someone tried at that moment to do transaction from my account. My account contained more than rs 17000/-. When 3rd time transaction was tried due to insufficient fund i received this message in my mobile. After login through my pc, i found that two times debit transaction was done of same amount i. E. (Rs 7900+ rs 7900=rs 15800/-) by itunes.com/bill. (Picture of bank statement and mobile sms are attached with this mail for your reference). My query is without any otp (One time password) which i was suppose to receive at my mobile no., how come bank allow this? Sbi being a govt. Registered bank how come can allow any transaction without any otp? Where is the security of public?? On 08.04.2018 i lodged a general diary to belghoria police station, diary no. Is 495. (Picture of gd is attached with this mail for your reference). Today in the first hour i went to the sbi bank, belghoria branch and spoke to the branch manager. He informed me that bank does not have any responsibility we have to lodge the complain to cyber crime dept. He only received the copy of the general diary. I, am a business man, running a cyber cafe. I do not have any account in this website and have never purchased anything from this site. I have not faced any such problems before. I have not shared any details of my card and account with anyone. I would be really grateful to you if you could look into this matter and take necessary actions as early as possible. Please guide me with further procedures, so that the amount can be credited back to my account. Waiting eagerly for your response. Your co-operation is highly expected.
