State Bank Of India [SBI] — home loan urgent complaint | |||
I am applying for home loan. Bank person stop disbursements because of i am not taking home insurance Bank person forcing me to take this insurance. Otherwise they will cancel the request. Nd they will not reverse me any other charges. They are forcing me to give cheque today, otherwise they will charge me from new year onwards processing fee. My loan amount is 22 lac, but they are forcing me to take this for 30 lac for 30 years. But i clear my loan in 10 years, so - if it is compulsory for take this. I can select tenurity.
