State Bank Of India [SBI] — I am complaining about my amazon refund amount

I am order my dupatta is 649 and cancel it. Then the amazone is refund my 649 rupees and the refund transaction number is[protected] but my amount is doesn't reflect in my account.
Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

I was purchased product on amezone.in but that product was defective, so i was return and request to refund but amazon.in saying me we was fund transfer but sir i was not received money in my saving account, so i sincerely request you to solve my problem
