Sir i am charging dispute as refund never processed. Sir i purchased a product of rs 348 from amazon.in last month and returned it. It's been a month but i haven't got my refund yet. I contacted amazon customer service and they provided me with a reference number[protected] and told me to charge a dispute. Sir i lodged a complaint on cms. Onlinesbi.in site but didn't get any help. Amazon told me that the refund has been processed but i haven't got my money yet. Was this information helpful? | |||
