State Bank Of India [SBI] — i am complaining about when my wrongly deducted amount of rs.749 to be refunded by the sbi to my account | |||||
On 27.12.17 at early morning a missing transaction had committed on my sb a/c no.[protected], vide sbi debit card no.5142 (Last 4 digits) for purchasing a pair of shoe from amazon.com, but thee said transaction was failed somehow it was declined by any reason and the amount of rs.749/- got deducted wrongly from my said sb account. But its very pathetic since then when i call to sbi customer care they are unwilling to register any complaint regarding this issue or fail to provide any such solution in this matter as yet. The representatives are just escalating me anyway. Kindly look into this matter and take necessary action, sir. Was this information helpful? | |||||
