State Bank Of India [SBI] — Sbi call center employee fraud call | |||
I got a call from sbi credit card and they made 2 transactions of rs 5000 each. The fraudster took advantage of a complaint which i had raised earlier on june 11 and asked me to share the otp for processing the complaint. They had all the details about me the 16 digit card no, expiry date and even my address. How do they had so much of details. Are the sbi employees involved in this or are the sbi selling the customer information to fraudsters? The cell no from which i received the call is:- [protected] and it belongs to jabalpur, mp with a register mail id seema. [protected]@sbi.co.in and the transaction were carried out with the name e-billing solutions. Can you please take action on this and reverse the transaction. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am a newly registered user, they gave me a PPK that always used to say invalid username and password. So registerd as a new user at onlinesbi and got a new password, but it now says invalid password
