State Bank Of India [SBI] — inconvenience due to bad service response | |||
I am credit card customer. They have charged me rs. 1699 without my confirmation for cpp through cpp third party service. When i visit on 15th feb 2020 to credit card office, suyog platinum naylor road, pune, the customer serice executive was not in his place. The security at desk connected me to him through their desk phone. The person on the other side of phone told me to call cpp helpline and request them for cpp service cancellation. When i did so cpp asked me my birth date and address for confirmation. After i gave them my proper details cpp helpline person told your information is wrong. I tried to prove my identity even i said i will send you a mail for my adhar card or passport document proof details but they said contact you bank person and ask them what details they have provided. When i am trying to connect sbi credit card customer care, the call never connect to the customer care executive and can not possible to connect them. This is very bad and wrong service.
