I am sr citizen plus heart ailment, am unable to spdak to the br manager due to either he is busy on phone or he has no time to meet me. The staff is neither wants to help nor sort out the customer problems saying that they r unable to cope up the work in their br. They even pass on the responsibility for any problem even if they know the solutions for the said problem. This is not happening with a y pvt sector banks like axis/yes/kotak anytime.
