State Bank Of India [SBI] — Issue with UPI/Scan payment | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I have paid an amount of Rs.500 towards IIITDM Kurnool, AP towards faculty recruitment by SBI collect option. The amount has paid by opening the page and choose the UPI and selected the scan option. The scan has been made through PAYTM and selected the SBI bank to pay on[protected]. The amount got deducted from the bank with a reference number[protected]on[protected] but the page did not redirect through the receipt and after 5 minutes it said pending transaction, look at the status under "SB Collect - Payment History" after 1 hour. but as of now neither receipt nor refund. I request you to refund or process the amount for the receipt generation. As today is the last date for the application. Please do the needful on an emergency basis. Find the attachments below1. Payment successful message and 2.
