State Bank Of India [SBI] — lien amount and unknown amount of 10000 credited to my account from sbi
On 1st of march a lien amount of ₹10000 had been imposed to my bank account for unknown reason. On 2nd of March there was a EMI transaction which bounced on my name. Later i spoke to the customer care service and they asked me to speak with the home branch. Later on the 6th of March additional 10000 had been added making it to a total of 20000 as lien amount. On the 9th of march a credit of 10000 has been made by SBI with a description that ‘non disbursed amount on march 1st’ but, the withdrawal of that 10000 was successful. I have nothing to do with this but still I have to pay the to the Bounced EMI on my name which happened on 2nd of march. I met with the deputy manager on the 12th March regarding the issue At 11 pm, he made me wait till 1.pm and asked me to come back at 4.00pm. Yet i was there at 3:30pm and enquired. He asked me to wait till 4:00pm. As there were other customers i had to wail till 5:00pm and then after reading my complaint, he asked me to go to the service counter for clearance. As soon as I appeared at the desk, the Madam without even looking at my plea turned me down asking me to comeback the next day. I slamed the desk and took the letter to the branch manager for any further action. Branch manager turned me out saying that i have come after working hours. I have asked them to check their cctv footage regarding my entry and exit timings but the branch manager without even hearing to my version of the story turned me down. In the end none other than me is at the loosing end for a mistake i have never committed. I am afraid that my CIBIL scores will go down because there is delayed payments in my EMI. What should i do next can anyone suggest. I am a working person working at site. I have requested leave and taken permission for just one day. But, just for a work of half and hour the made me wait the whole day. If SBI is ready to pay for my bounced EMI and my working leave a would be readily present every day till my account is fully functioning.
