State Bank Of India [SBI] — Misbehaviour of Recovery Team | |||
Respected Sir, Sub: Harassment by SBI Credit Card Collection Department. I have a SBI Credit Cards with vide account number SBI Credit Card Account# [protected], bearing SBI Credit Card ending with 59 (Primary Card). Sir, I was not able to pay the credit card dues from March-2020, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, myself and my husband both o[censored]s got infected, and we have faced financial problem due to inconsistency in our income, as we both are private employees. Sir, till March we have paid all dues with penalty and Interest regularly, during this pandemic I am not able to clear the dues. But now I am ready to pay the settlement amount offered by SBI Credit Card department, but now the following people are calling me and abusing with unparliamentary languages, and aslo they have called “my Boss” where I am working and telling him that I have provided them with copies of all company related documents like “Partnership deed” Pan Card, and etc. by this they are putting my job in trouble, and trying to put pressure on me. Where as sir my Boss has aslo offered the that he will pay the payment as per the settlement. Let the return all the documents what they are having with them. The same is offered by my Husband aslo but they are not ready to listen (I have related audio recording with me I will submit the same for your records). Sir I am suffering with serious medical problem, and aslo with stress, I am submitting the copies of my medical reports for your records in person. Sir request you to please help me to get the documents what they are having with them I will settle their payments as per offered settlement after getting settlement certificate.
