My name is navjot singh bedi and my contact number is [protected] and the application number is[protected] i have a sbi air india platinum card.. And now i have applied for sbi elite card on 11th of august and i have been told that u will received the card with is 6 to 10 days i have submitted all the required documents.. But when ever i called the customer care they all give different statements... One of the executive told me that ur card number is generated and he even told me the last four digit of my card 0982 and 105000 limit in your card the other executive told me that your card number is not generated we dont have any information regarding this and u have to wait for 21 days i mean this is so unprofessional every time i call sbi they all give different statements... I mean a big bank like sbi is miss guiding the customer’s
