[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — mobile number not update despite written request | |||
I had submitted written request to rajasthan zonal head, mr rahul sharma, for updating my mobile number in my sbi life policy since the registered number was no longer in use. My mobile number has not been updated as yet and i am unable to receive any information regarding premium payments and all other related information. My email id has also not been updated in the system and i am facing lots of problems because of this.
