[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — mobile number not update despite written request

I had submitted written request to rajasthan zonal head, mr rahul sharma, for updating my mobile number in my sbi life policy since the registered number was no longer in use.

My mobile number has not been updated as yet and i am unable to receive any information regarding premium payments and all other related information.

My email id has also not been updated in the system and i am facing lots of problems because of this.

I am an sbi official and if such is the treatment with staff, what will happen to public

Updated by parveen.chawla I am amazed at the quality of SBI Life Staff and its working. No action is being taken against such employees. There have been several complaints against Mr Rahul Sharma in past as well, still no action is being taken against him.
