State Bank Of India [SBI] — money deducted in name of othpg without my authorization

I see below details on my sbi statement.
Below charges are recurring from month of may 2019 untill today.
I am really scared to use sbi account anymore.
Please look into it asap. I have withdrawn all amount and going to submit request for account closure.

Sbi is very unsecure it seems.
