State Bank Of India [SBI] — money still not refunded for failed transactions | |
Dear sir on 17 february 2018 i had funded my account of kotak 811 app using my state bank of india debit card with rupees 10000. My money got debited from my bank account but was not credited in kotak 811 app and i received an error that payment processing failed. But till now i had not got my money back into my account. Due to this i am in mental pressure. So i kindly request you to look into my problem seriously and credit my money as soon as possible.
