State Bank Of India [SBI] — my amount didn't receive

My name is ravi and i had ordered loafers of rs 502.43. Amount in firstcry on 26 december 2019 and on same day i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 26 december 2019 firstcry initiated the amount to my same upi id but i still didn't get the money. Firstcry sent this reference number
10112440ss00230677and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So
