State Bank Of India [SBI] — My bank account got debited paytm wallet didn't credited | |||
Yesterday around 6PM when I try to add money 500 to the payment wallet at that time transaction was failed but later i got a msg that my acc got debited from my bank account. But the amount did not credit to my payment wallet. As I request a complaint to paytm customer care they replayed that paytm has not received the amount from your bank for this transaction. And the msg i got is Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 459XX4890 for a purchase worth Rs500 on POS [protected] at PayTm Mobile Solutions txn#[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
