State Bank Of India [SBI] — my bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided by amazon to my email.

I was cancel a product that was purches from amazon and refund for amount 499.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] by the amazon but morigaon sbi banks taking more time than normal to credit the amount to my account. I still have not getting that perticular amount. Today is 28-12-19. So i requested to you that please give me back that my money.
