[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — my payment debited from account but not done successfully

I make a payment of 12000/- from UPI tez app on 07.12.2017 at 12:07 PM. here show that payment failed and this amount debited from my account but not done successfully. Please help me and return my money back.
