State Bank Of India [SBI] — need refund my money

I purchased in pubg mobile 249rs. The money is deducted from my account. But i can't get the product. Refund my money back to my account. My referance no: ref#igaijntti1. I need my money to revert my account, this is not fair, i didn't even received uc from pubg & i'm from middle class family, why should i loose my money, without any profit, i'm not a billionaire or millionaire, so please help me to resolve the issue and i want may money to revert in my account as soon as possible, hope you people resolve this, as far as concerned you have solved this issue to numerous members.
