State Bank Of India [SBI] — neft transfer

My Axis bank customer Id is[protected], I transferred 10K to my axis account on 04/02/2018 morning at 9:30 AM. Its still not reflecting in my Axis bank account. However, The money got debited from my SBI a/c.

SBI reference number - NEFT INB: UR07457552

Both the banks customer care is not able to help.I have EMI's to go from my Axis bank account.
