Dear Sir / Madam, SUB : NON RESPONSE OF YOUR NHAVA SHEVA PORT PROJECT BRANCH MUMBAI REF : UPDATION MOBILE & EMAIL ID AT OUR CURRENT A/C No. [protected] We M/s. New Era Export Industries, Moradabad having above current account for drawback purpose at your above branch. We are regret to inform you that inspire of our several mails & letters the branch not doing the update of our mobile number & email id in the above account. Lastly we have send them hard copy of request letter by registered post on 25-06.19 that was received by them on 02/07/19 but till date there is noo action being taken by them. We are really in trouble due to worst services of the said branch. Further, we tried many times phone calls at this branch but not get it through because it is not attended by them. At last we have no choice to lodge complain to your good selves with request to please take the action at the earliest and confirm us the update of mobile & email id at our above given account to do internet banking frequently. Your immediate action in this matter shall be highly appreciated.
