State Bank Of India [SBI] — non refund of decline online mobile recharge for rs.379.00 against airtel post paid mobile no[protected] | |||
Hello, 2 (Two) complain sr. No:-conrc[protected] on 15/04/2020 and complain sr no:- conrc[protected] on 28/04/2020 after waited for 13 days for "refund of decline recharge of rs.379.00 for airtel mobile connection no:[protected] of lakshmi das" was raised to airtel customer care end on phone on 15/04/2020 and 28/04/2020, my wife, which recharge was done from my "phone pay a/c" using through payment gateway of my "airtel thanks mobile app" (Anirban dasgupta, airtel m. C. No[protected] was remain unattended still today. After, completion of 13 working days (Including weekly off day), "no Action" had been taken by airtel to refund the amount of rs.379.00 to my s. B. I a/c (No:-[protected]), ae market br., ae market, salt lake, kol-64, west bengal related to my "phone pay a/c". Now, will you do something fruitful to refund back rs. 379.00 to my state bank of india a/c or i have raised this matter to tri greivance cell?? With regards, Anirban dasgupta M.
