State Bank Of India [SBI] — Non refund of failed transaction | |||||
My transaction through my net banking ac. no [protected] for paying income tax against Pan no.ATCPD4089M on 16.02.2017 of an amount Rs.14750.00 was failed. But amount deducted from my account. Till date the amount was not returned back to my account.. pleas look Into the matter and instruct the concerned.I have informed the same in my home brancheck and informed sbi customer care also.But no action so far taken. Almost one moth passed the amount deducted from my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
