[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — Not getting refund after money got stuck in payment gateway | |
I was trying to add Rs 100 in my Paytm account via SBI debit card on 4th Dec 2016 but got a payment failed in response after entering the OTP for transaction. Since then I have tried to contact Paytm many times but they say that bank will notify them in 2 working days about the failed transaction but sadly 16 days have passes and neither SBI nor Paytm is responding.
