State Bank Of India [SBI] — not refunding my money after refund initialization

I paid rs 13999 to flipkart on 9th july 2019
And the order was cancelled on same day and seller refunded me 13999 on the same day in my debit card. Bank transaction id is also given by flipkart regarding refund was also give to me which i m sharing with you
