State Bank Of India [SBI] — not refunding the money deducted during booking ticket on irctc | |||
Hello sir/ma'am I have made a booking on IRCTC on 25th january but due to some error my money got deducted(around 900 rs.) As according to the rule refund was initiated by the IRCTC on 27th as per the rule of debit card deductions I have waited for 6-7 days but amount was not refunded I tried contacting to both the parties IRCTC and SBI. They both firstly didn't take the responsibility for the delay or not refunding the amount. And after a long conversation and mail IRCTC gave me the prove of initiating a successful refund of mone on 27th january with providing the proper bank transact refund Id. Now on another end when I contacted to the SBI customer care they are continuously saying to contact the IRCTC even after the proper resolution given by the IRCTC. Now both the parties are playing with not taking the responsibility and even after this SBI persons are saying "what can we do may be IRCTC have not refunded the money to us". It's very hurtful to see these type of irresponsibilities by these TOP service providers. Please help me with proper resolution and help me to get my money back. My IRCTC transaction id-[protected].
