State Bank Of India [SBI] — o balance due to network error in my account atm grievances

On 31\05\19 at 20:15 my atm not functioned in sangeeta mobile shop, then i went to ktkbank atm, at 20:39:07 got sorry for inconvenience, i got the sms of debit rs 4000, txn[protected], i called [protected] no response, at 21:20: 53 checked my balance, it was correct, i withdrawn rs4000/- balance was correct
Today i"m getting 0 balance. My recharges are failed i got -4541.23 balance. Who is responsible for my inconvenience? I got rude answer from haveri branch 40127 harsh treatment. It was my suffering. I"m planned to complain to honorable pm. Thank you.

Dear sir/madam.
I purchased 300 uc ticket today on 07/06/19 at pubg mobile..my money 420 rupees got deducted from my bank account but I didnt received my UC ticket on my player account. Please look into it and resolve it asap. It says my money is on times of money account.
