State Bank Of India [SBI] — online payment transaction failed.but amount not reveal to my account | |||
On 06/05/2019 I had made an online payment to muthoot fincorp as interest on Jewel Loan. But the online payment failed due to some technical issue and it stated that the amount would be refunded within 7days. But even after 75days till now the amount is still not refunded to my SBI account with account number [protected] and name S. Menagaa. The amount of refund is Rs 834/-. The Branch failed to give satisfactory response when the issue was informed to them and kept postponing with inappropriate reasons like 'such issues can be dealt only at 3.30pm and not after or before that.'
