[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — online shopping payment failed but amount deducted twice from sbi bank account. | |
On 07.02.2019 at about 3:00 pm i have made an attempt for payment of rs.4724/- from my sbi bank debit card vide a/c no.[protected], branch code-11363, mahamayatala i/c/w purchase from a clothing shop at kolkata, shakespeare sarani area, but repeatedly two times this payments were declined, unfortunately my account got debited 4724/-*2=9448/-, could not able to contact sbi bank anyhow, they not refunded any of money still now. I am so much distressed and worried. Kindly help me to solve my problem as earliest.

Mar 1, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved The amount got deducted atlast refunded to my account on 27.02.19, I have lost the interest income from these amounts unnecessarily from Banks own problem. State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |

I am retired from indian air force on 31 jan 2016. My pension account no [protected].I have requested to transfer my cppc chennai 112/4 virugambakkam to cppc patna after clerance of my clearance of my arrears. But not happend till date.
My account debit 295 Rs. Of investment in intermedi date of 04/02/2019 i am confused please solve this matter because i have no any information of this investment
Bank is not closing my account and not withdrawn my money. They said daily that we don't have full staff come tomorrow and this is repeating from previous 10 days.
Pls see my ac has been debit 40000 tr id UPI/DR/[protected]/TFR TO[protected] on dated[protected] but my my transaction was failed and amount is deducted from my account .CHECK my account and refund my balance of 40000
