State Bank Of India (SBI) — Online transaction

On 14 july i order a cake online from indiacakes.com for 900 rs. I did two transactions as the first one was not able to place order. I thought the amount will be refunded within three days but i was not. So i later contacted sbi customer care which said the amount was credited to vendor. I contacted vendor for which they said only one order was placed. I dont know where my 900 rupees have gone. I paid twice for a single cake.
