Sir/madam, I have done online mobile recharge on 6-4-16 for rs. 120 & amount is debited from my account with ref. No. Ccadd1hea500ig0btspej7 to transfer inb avenues india pvt. Ltd, but the said recharge amount is not received in mobile number [protected]. Reply from company received by an email which reveals "payment for this transaction was unsuccessful on our payment gateway, because of which the recharge was not done".
