State Bank Of India [SBI] — Payment is not successful

I have paid my semester fee of 39350 rupees using state bank collect system.The amount has been debited from my canara bank account, manjeri medical college branch (acc no[protected], name - dr.Nishana k ) but the it seems payment is not successful. I am not getting the receipt from the payment history of state bank system
