State Bank Of India [SBI] — payment not received from amazon to my sbi account

I had ordered designer hub cover from amazon dated 13 november 2018, and paid the amount through sbi bhim app. But amazon did not send the order to my address and rejected self. When i requested to refund my amount they took many days to resolve the issue.
Amazon gave me refund reference number[protected]
I contacted to bank and bhim app's helpline number to resolve the issue but it was vein, they couldn't help me in this regard.
