State Bank Of India [SBI] — payment rejection by sbi and levy of late payment fee | |
I was required to pay rs.4291/- for the month of september, 2017 before 3rd october, 2017. I paid the same through online “pay any visa card” option in icici bank on 27th and received transaction success report. The payment was rejected at sbi and credited to my account on 3rd october, 2017. I once again paid the same amount on 4th october, 2017 in the same manner from another account and again it was rejected by sbi on 7th and credited to my account. Meanwhile, they debited my account with rs.500/- and gst of rs.90/-. I have been following up with them to know the reasons for rejection by mail. They have answered saying that they cannot resolve the compliant in my favour. I have today once again paid the same amount. I have been making similar payments every month for the last several years and such an issue has never arisen. Was this information helpful? | |
