State Bank Of India [SBI] — Personal loan rejected

My name is Syed Jibran Rufaie, I am maintaining my Saving account : [protected]... with State bank of india,
Branch Address: RESIDENCY ROAD,
City: Srinagar...
State: J&K

MY monthly Salary is transfer in Same bank, Same Branch, Since from ten months,

I applied for personal loan amounted Rs 70000 ( Seventy thousand) but unfortunately same bank/ branch rejected my application twice..

As per them I am not eligible for personal loan, because Should maintain at least 2 years. I got shocked when deputy branch manager told me this..
